Classical Clarinetist

One of the leading clarinetists of the XXI century, a master virtuoso both in contemporary, classical and improvised music, Nuno Pinto studied with Saul Silva, António Saiote, Michel Arrignon and Alain Damiens in Portugal and France. He also attended masterclasses led by such clarinettists as Guy Dangain, Walter Boeykens, Howard Clug, Robert Fontaine and Alois Brandhofer. The great Portuguese artist has dedicated much of his work to chamber and contemporary music, having worked with many musicians and ensembles. He is a founding member of chamber music ensembles such as Camerata Senza Misura, Trivm de Palhetas e Clarinetes Ad Libitum as well as member of the Sond’Ar-te Electric Ensemble.
